WovenWorks is a registered business name of MSH Enterprises Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 21 697 605 940 ("we", "us"), a Melbourne based technology consultancy operating at wovenworks.com.au. We take privacy seriously, both because it is the right thing to do and because protecting information is part of what we are engaged to deliver. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
If you submit our enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, the service area you select, and your message. If you email us directly, we collect your email address and whatever you choose to include.
Like almost every website, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical logs when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. We do not run advertising trackers, and this site does not set marketing cookies.
How we use it
We use the information you send us for one purpose: responding to your enquiry and, if you engage us, delivering the work you have asked for. We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or add you to marketing lists. If you enquire, you hear back from a person, not a sequence.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Our website and enquiry form run on Netlify, which stores form submissions and serves this site from infrastructure that may be located outside Australia, including the United States. Enquiries are also delivered to our business email. This page loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which involves your browser requesting files from Google's servers. Each of these providers handles data under its own privacy policy, and we choose providers with established security practices.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows, and for reasonable business record keeping afterwards. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it from our systems.
Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except the service providers described above, where you have agreed, or where the law requires it.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry submissions is limited to the WovenWorks team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but securing information is our profession, and we apply the same care to yours that we advise our clients to apply to theirs.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us at hello@wovenworks.com.au. If you believe we have mishandled your information and we cannot resolve it with you directly, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date above.
